OEM Commercial Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Commercial Manager -- OEM Products facilitates over $100M in annual sales between Raymond and its primary business partner(s). This role is responsible for product planning, pricing, and coordinating business activities throughout the Raymond organization and its business partner(s) as applicable. This individual is expected to be an expert on the business partner contracts and will ensure compliance to the agreements, with a primary focus on product planning and sales support. Works closely with product management, product support, and sales engineering groups at Raymond and the business partner(s).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS

* Facilitates product planning strategy with business partner(s).
* Works closely with business partner(s) for product roadmap and life cycle management. Acts as an intermediary with business partner(s) to develop the next generation of products, product enhancements, and services.
* Manages commercial agreements and transfer pricing in accordance with the business partner contracts. Conducts pricing analysis annually or as required.
* Identifies and implements process and commercial enhancements that will enable profitable sales growth, speed and efficiency.
* Participates in monthly sales and operation planning (S&OP) sessions.
* Creates intercompany communications for product, pricing, and S&OP announcements.
* Negotiates the use of programs and content to stimulate profitable sales growth.
* Monitors ongoing maintenance / health of products including customer satisfaction, warranty, lead times, product margin, and customization. Recommends and helps prioritize actions that will drive sustainable improvements.
* Represents Raymond as the product and solutions expert for assigned business partner(s).
Experience in the forklift industry is preferred. The successful candidate will possess a sense of urgency to meet or exceed customer requirements, quality expectations and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of the organization including executive level staff, are also keys to success.
